My name is Cherry Parker and I live in Auckland New Zealand and enjoy designing cross stitch patterns as well making fun objects in felt. I am currently working on a felt gnome who steals our socks for a few days making it impossible to pair up every sock after washing. Cross stitch will always come first but variety is important.
I am self-taught and have had four cross stitch books produced commercially and four that were self-published. My patterns have been published in the USA, Australia and in New Zealand.
I am a firm believer in only stitching what you really want to stitch. It has got to be fun and not a chore. Itching to sew the next stitch is a must.
